Eligibility and minimum age

You may use WiseWay only if you are at least 18 years old and can legally agree to these Terms. Creating an account or continuing as a guest requires you to confirm that you are 18 or older. Do not create or use an account if you are under 18.

Accounts and account security

Provide accurate information, protect your password and device, and notify WiseWay promptly if you believe your account is compromised. You must not share access, impersonate another person, create an account for someone without permission or attempt to access another user’s account.

WiseWay may require email confirmation or password reset steps. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Acceptable use

You must not:

harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, stalk or repeatedly contact another user without consent;
submit illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent or rights-infringing content;
spam, scrape, automate abusive traffic, evade rate limits or misuse AI features;
probe private data, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected services or interfere with operation;
misrepresent the ownership, location, authenticity or context of a photo or travel memory;
use WiseWay to facilitate unlawful conduct, scams or physical harm.

Your content and travel memories

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant the provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you use.

If you submit a contribution for public review, the licence includes displaying an approved, moderated copy with place attribution. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright or other rights.

Messaging, friends and groups

You are responsible for messages and activity/group content you send. Respect blocks and other users’ boundaries. Do not share another person’s private information or live location without permission. WiseWay is not an emergency or identity- verification service, and a profile badge does not prove a person’s real-world identity.

Provider and agreement

WiseWay is provided by Rafayel Vardazaryan, an individual developer established in Greece, at Gr. Lampraki 19, Stavroupoli, Thessaloniki 56429, Greece. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The current beta is offered without purchases or commercial sales.

Reports and moderation

WiseWay provides reporting and blocking controls. Reports may be reviewed with relevant account, message, photo and context information. The provider may reject, restrict, hide or remove content and may warn, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms. Moderation is not guaranteed to identify every violation immediately.

Free release, Plus and Ultimate

The current release is free. Purchases of subscriptions, digital goods and Wise Tickets are disabled.

Plus and Ultimate are membership tiers prepared for future subscriptions. Activation by the WiseWay team in this release does not create a payment, automatic renewal or an obligation to purchase later. Generation allowances still apply. Any future paid offer will explain its price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and included benefits before you choose to purchase.

Wise Tickets, blueprints and rewards

Wise Tickets are usage credits, not money. One ticket generates one itinerary day or provides AI assistance for a day. Blueprints use a separate allowance for a trip’s destination overview, which may draw on reviewed destination content. Tickets and blueprints cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed for cash. They may be corrected following an error, duplicate grant or misuse. Do not manipulate photo, location, referral or reward systems.

Allowances and profile customisation

After account confirmation and Travel DNA completion, a one-time starter gift provides 5 tickets and 3 blueprints. Free then refreshes its weekly balance to 1 ticket and 1 blueprint every 7 days. Plus provides 25 tickets and 5 blueprints per week; Ultimate provides 50 tickets and 10 blueprints per week when active. Unused weekly allowances do not accumulate across weeks. Starter and team gifts are separate from the weekly balance. Bonus eligibility and limits, available balances and the next refresh are shown in Wise Tickets.

WiseWay Store offers available backgrounds and avatar frames without purchase in this release. Previewing an item does not apply it to your profile. Membership badges indicate an access tier; traveller verification reflects activity and trust checks within WiseWay. Neither badge verifies legal identity or guarantees another person’s behaviour. XP and levels are progress indicators, not cash or transferable credits.

AI-generated and third-party information

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased or unsuitable. Opening hours, prices, routes, weather, availability and attraction details can change. Verify important information with the official provider before travelling, booking or paying.

WiseWay is a planning tool, not a travel agency and not a substitute for official visa, immigration, border-entry, legal, safety, medical or emergency advice. Consult government sources for entry requirements and travel warnings, qualified professionals for medical or legal decisions, and local emergency services when someone may be in immediate danger.

Intellectual property

The WiseWay name, logo, interface, original software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party information, maps, imagery and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.

Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using WiseWay, log out or request permanent account deletion through Profile → Settings → Legal and support → Delete Account. The provider may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk or legal necessity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

Availability and disclaimers

WiseWay is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The provider does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or always-current operation and may change, maintain, suspend or discontinue features. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on travel or AI information, third-party services, user conduct or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law identified as applicable under the relevant conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and any non-waivable right to use competent authorities or courts in your country remain unaffected.

Changes and contact
